Payment and delivery

Payment
Alfred & Wilde uses Shopify's secure servers to accept all major credit and debit cards on the website. Shopify securely processes payments for 100,000s of shops worldwide. Alfred & Wilde does not store, or have access to, your credit card details.

Delivery 
Delivery charge options are automatically calculated during the checkout process based on weight and your postcode. You will be able to choose between standard or express delivery. For exceptionally large orders, the delivery charge calculated may be higher than quoted below.

Free UK delivery
Your order will be sent by Royal Mail or Royal Mail Signed For™ if your order exceeds £50. Delivery is estimated to take two to four working days. You will receive an email when your order has been dispatched.

Standard UK delivery | large
Large items too big for Royal Mail will be sent by Parcelforce or courier. Parcelforce gives you the convenience of collecting a missed delivery from your local post office, along with free online tracking. Courier companies include UPS and DPD and will also provide online tracking and redelivery services free of charge. 

Express UK delivery | Order before 12pm for same day dispatch

Your order will be dispatched on the same day if ordered before 12pm. Otherwise it will be dispatched the next working day. Small and medium orders will be sent by Royal Mail Signed For™ 1st Class. Royal Mail aims to deliver the next day, but at busy times of the year it may take two days. Large items will be sent by Parcelforce or courier on a next day service.

Alfred & Wilde can deliver to addresses in the UK and EU.

Unframed prints, greetings cards, notebooks, tea towels and cushion covers, jewellery

Europe | large item | £10.99
Framed prints, cushions, mugs, tote bag

Please note you will be responsible for any import taxes or charges that may be incurred once the goods reach the destination country. These charges vary from country to country, and must be paid upon receipt of the parcel.

Returns and refunds
Alfred & Wilde will refund any order you are not completely happy with, provided it is returned in a re-saleable condition, up to 14 days from receipt of goods. It is advisable to return your items using a recorded delivery service. Without proof of delivery, we cannot refund items if they are not received. Please send to: Alfred & Wilde Returns, 183c Victoria Park Road, London, E9 7JN. In addition, customers in the EU are protected by the Consumer Selling Regulations and can cancel their order up to seven days from receipt of the order. Purchased items must be returned to Alfred & Wilde.
